You may have noticed the changes on the corner of Rangitikei and Featherston Streets?
Starting with a building with a lighting shop, a bank and a lot of empty space inside, this visibly exposed building in a prime location is now the home to Animates Pet Shop and NZCU Bank.
With a lot of demolition and co-ordination of contractors, both companies are full steam ahead in their new premises.
NZCU Bank had a brand new fit out of their offices and reception area while they were still operating.
Animates along with Vetcare are now in purpose built offices, surgery rooms and a large retail space.
It is certainly a building that cannot be missed while driving into town!
